It really is awful when you are going to bed very late and you have to get up early in the morning. Waking up at that time is quite difficult as you are feeling tired, and what’s more to it, that you have to go to work right after that, and Oh man! You are tired.

No matter how much we deny the importance of coffee in the morning, it does have its effect throughout the day. If you are drinking coffee on daily basis, and there is this hectic day when you didn’t get a good sleep then you have to make it bitter than before. The more bitter coffee is, the more freshness you will get.

  1. Sunlight

If you are getting lower as the time is passing, try getting some direct sunlight, let your skin feel the sunlight so that you can get Vitamin D. Try getting some fresh air into your lungs and in this way, you will feel fresh if you are feeling everything, as in air, sunlight etc.

  1. Tugging the hair

It does sounds bad but it is not the way it seems to be. All you have to do is to gently and slowly tug your hair, what is going to happen is that you will get good blood flow in your head in a refreshing and new way. It will help when you are feeling sleepy during work and this quick trick will help you to get fresh.

  1. Cold water splashes

This one is known to be the old one, but it still works when you are feeling sleepy and tired. When you are in your office and feeling like you might pass out then you should go to the bathroom and splash some cold water onto your face and afterwards feel the fresh air, in this way you can make the sleep go away and eventually will feel fresh as ever.

  1. Alarm

Put your alarm clock far away from your bed so that you will have to get up and turn it off, rather than putting it bed side where you do not have to get up and you might fell asleep again after turning it off. This trick works well for the days when you are unable to complete your sleep time. Moreover, for better results you can set your alarm on the computer as well. So, that you will have to get up and look at the computer screen and turn off the alarm by using the mouse for the purpose. By doing all this activity you can make yourself to leave the bed finally and say good bye to sleep.

  1. Mint

Now, this one works as hell, the effervescent can work really quick to wake up a sleepy person. More strong is more better just take a strong mint and you will get fresh as if you had a proper deep sleep all night.

  1. Massage

You can massage the area between your wrist and palm as it is said to be the sensitive area and when you massage this area it will help you to get rid of sleepiness and tiredness. Just massage this area for a minute or two and you will get yourself fresh and will get rid of sleep instantly.

  1. Interacting

Now, this one is the most amazing one. Yes, that is true! Nobody have had thought about this one that interacting with a stranger can help to get rid of sleepiness. See, this is simple, when you are interacting with a known person you will be yourself, but similarly when you are interacting with a stranger then your body will automatically wake itself up as you surely will not get into any kind of social awkwardness and eventually you can get rid of tiredness and will feel fresh than before.

  1. Stretching

Well, just relaxing at your office chair and yawning is not the right way to get into. You will feel more sleepy and more tired when you are not doing anything and just yawning. Try stretching your back, neck and feet so that you will get your blood flowing your body and in the end, you will feel somewhat fresh than earlier.
